I can't avoid deaths or someone leaving or something. But I keep the details low. Every time you review my story, or vote on my poll, or fave and follow, I squeal and cry tears of joy... SRSLY. In my opinion, reviews are not just "Love it! Please continue!" or "Update soon! It's getting awesome/better/cliffhanger-y feel." Yes, those reviews are great and give inspirations, hope, and energies to the writers, but some writers (including me), would sometimes or often wish for criticisms. Criticisms like; "I feel that CharacterA is a bit OOC or lacking in character. Maybe you should make CharacterA quote something like he/she'd do in the series/book/movie." But, if you're gonna say criticisms, say it nicely. No one likes flames. Maybe helpful flames would be nice. (Sorry, I can't give an example of that. I don't think such a thing even exists.) Writers would prefer constructive criticisms rather than destructive criticisms. Some writers would consider destructive criticisms as a reason to be better, but don't use that as a reason to rant at their work. Destructive criticisms may even cause a writer to get mad at you and it can possibly make quit writing! Please use destructive criticisms only when asked. An example of destructive criticism is: "How lame and boring can your story be? Almost every story I've read has the same plot as yours! How useless!!" Now, wouldn't you flame up in anger and track down the reviewer/reader? So, make the criticisms CONSTRUCTIVE. And writers, if you're not confident with your writing, let's say with some usage of pronouns, don't get mad at those who took notice. Don't think of the reviewer as some hypocrite or something. Reviewers don't like hate too! Before you reply with that anger of yours (if you do reply to reviews), take a few seconds and chill down. Think whether the review is right and maybe give the reviewer a 'thank you'. Don't go cursing the reader/reviewer! It might give you a bad reputation in the FanFiction community.
