Hello everyone! I've been part of this little community since I was 12 (wipes single tear from eye as I think of how much I've aged) and I'm mainly known for my Harry Potter fanfic "Ally Hopewell and the Sorcerer's Stone." I've been working on this ol' bean for many years, and I plan on sticking with it until I've blasted through all the books.

Currently I am a very busy AP student (5 APs your junior year = death), so that accounts for much of my slow updates. I may be slow to update, but I always make sure I post only the best! I write embarrassingly personal A/N and I love reviews. I write fan fiction because I love to write and create characters and something new and creative.

I write for me. Just me. I say this because someone wrote a flame on one of my old fics recently, so don't think you can threaten me into posting sooner chapters, that's just annoying and rude.

I started a new one (obviously HP) called "What Nobody Says" that's marauders era and very different from a lot of the fics that I've seen. Hopefully I'll be able to develop it enough that it may one day get as many reads as my Ally fics!

I apologize in advance for any inconsistencies in her character development/personality, I created Ally when I was really young and it can be hard to stay true to that when you also want things to become more in-depth and realistic.

Also a note on her relationship with Oliver Wood:

Oliver is sort of that older boy crush that we all get when we're young, and obviously nothing romantic will come out of it (for Oliver at least) since Ally is like 4 years younger than him and at an age where that's not okay. She looks up to him a lot and has sort of her first crush on him, so in a sense he's her first love. Oliver sees her as a younger sister, and if he notices anything about her crush (which he doesn't) he just has a sort of preening bit of pride we all get when we know someone likes us. He can't help but appreciate her admiration and the sweet spot she has for him. He sees her as a little sister at most, but he's also too focused on Quidditch to pay much attention to her.

I try as hard as I can to make sure she's as little of a Mary Sue as possible, and once I finish this fic (finally) I plan on going back and editing/revising the earlier chapters to make everything as consistent as I can manage.

Ally is really smart. She's one of the kids that you know in school that things just come easily to them, and because of this she can procrastinate on her assignments a lot. She only needs to read something once to 'get it' but she does also have that part of her that kicks in when due dates start coming and she freaks out. She tends to see the best in people and usually roots for the underdog, which is a nice quality in theory but that also leads her to being very gullible or just a bit too trusting when it comes to people.

Anyways. Hope you guys enjoy my stories, I know I enjoy writing them.
