Now down to the important part.

How to begin without sounding... Odd?

I like to think of my mind, and indeed more importantly my imagination, as a machine. Not a soulless robot as such, more of a sense of working that draws on detail and imagery. I like to think that I put no less than absolute perfection into all that I create. It is because of this that I ask you not to be surprised if I suddenly stop with a piece or take a monumentally long time to update.

I have a meticulous way of doing things when writing. It can take me up to 3 days to even just write half of a chapter, beyond that I will re-read it perhaps more than a dozen times and no doubt each time something will jump up and hit me as 'less than perfect'.

What you read was not just sprawled haphazardly onto the page. It has been thought over, played out, written and re-written numerous times. My writing is too important to me to have not bothered to look into what I am writing about and analyse any characters used.

On that note, anything I ship in any story will be a ship that I truly feel I can do justice and that most importantly, works!

Take for example; Spock and Kirk. Now I know many feel like this ship is an abomination to the 'bromance' for lack of a better term. However, do consider that anything that sparks possible pairings in shows are not there by accident. Writers, make no mistake, have knowingly put them there and often just out of reach of the character realms of plausibility. In simpler terms, writers create a pairing that is recognisable to the audience but the Characters created have limitations which make it impossible for the two characters to be brought together in a relationship.

On the hand, this is not always the case. Take for example: Bones - From the beginning a plant is sown, and left to grow. That plant, ladies and gentleman, is the ever growing and slowly blooming relationship between Temperance and Booth. The audience sees it for what it is and in time, so do the characters. The writers have left enough of the character in tact while bringing in the new element so as not to destroy what the characters are about and how they operate and function.

Now I turn your attention to the element of writing that brings every writer most pleasure, it is not seeing how many views your story has; It is the response that the readers have to your plots, characterisation, and progression of all that your story promises to be. That is why reviews are SO important. At the end of every chapter of my writing I encourage you to put forward your views and ideas. I am very open to criticism, not just of the constructive variety. However that does not mean I encourage you to be rude or excessively cruel!

So I go to college 5 days a week now which makes writing and updating quite difficult... However! I shall endeavor to keep up my stories. I have a few in the works just now. A Star Trek one, a Crossover and a Jesus Christ Superstar fic. More ideas are being worked on and hopefully I'll have something for everyone in time :)

So, now that I have sufficiently rambled on, I think I have effectively given insight enough as to how I write my stories.

They Hurt Her

About six years ago in Indiana, Carmen Winstead was pushed down a sewer opening by five girls in her school, trying to embarrass her in front of her school during a fire drill. When she didn't submerge, the police were called. They went down and brought up 17-year-old Carmen Winstead's body, with her neck broken from hitting the ladder, then the concrete at the bottom. The girls told everyone she fell... They believed them.

FACT: About two months later, 16-year-old David Gregory read this post and didn't repost it. When he went to take a shower, he heard laughter, started freaking out, and ran to his computer to repost it. He said goodnight to his mom and went to sleep, but five hours later, his mom woke up in the middle of the night from a loud noise and David was gone. A few hours later, the police found him in the sewer, with a broken neck and the skin on his face peeled off. Even Google her name - you'll find this to be true. If you don't repost this saying "They hurt her," then Carmen will get you, either from a sewer, the toilet, the shower, or when you go to sleep, you'll wake up in the sewer, in the dark, then Carmen will come and kill you.
