In my first fan fiction, which is going to be about her and Louis Tomlinson, she's 19.

She's got long red hair and bright blue eyes.

Her features will change, but the name probably wont.

Her age also will change. Like if I write a Maximum Ride fan fiction, I'm not going to have her paired with Iggy for example and have her be 19, her age will drop years.

She's about 5'5", she might be that height in every fan fiction, who knows?

Also, she's British. For my Louis Tomlinson fan fiction she will have grown up next door to him, In Doncaster. Except for the first one.
