Dean/Cas/Balthazar. Season 7. Castiel is pregnant, but no one knows how it was possible. As Castiel is getting more human, for his safety, he stays in Bobby's house with Balthazar while Dean is hunting with Sam. But being away from Dean isn't easy for Castiel. Gabriel returns; and his appearence can make a secret buried for ceturies comes to the surface.

Cas is now human, Dean has given up hunting and the two of them are sharing a flat. The daily struggles of Cas' battles with emotions, mobile phones and Dean forgetting to water the plants. Not to mention the fact that Cas is hopelessly in love with his flatmate.
