Author has written 2 stories for Harry Potter. Hello? Is anyone still out there? Since I haven't used this in about four years, I'm guessing probably not. Right. I get a fresh start, then! Excellent! So, first, stories. Spiders, Boys, and You-Know-Who has been suspended pending major re-writing. Obviously. It has been for four years because it got completely out of hand and ran off in entirely the wrong direction. And then I lost my flash drive. So don't expect Spiders to be updated any time soon. Instead, I've started work on what was originally the sequel, but really should be the main story. Expect that just as soon as I finish the first chapter and think of a title. Updates may be a bit slow on that one, though, since I'll be posting as I write. In the meantime, I shall begin to post an (almost) completely unrelated story called Cheating Life, of which I have written five chapters that need only minor editing. Fandom: Like Spiders, all the stories above are Harry Potter related. That's probably all I will be writing in the near future, but there is potential for a Percy Jackson story, pending the release of Son of Neptune in October, but we'll see about that. I refuse to begin writing that without an actual plot in mind first, and I've never really written action before. I'm a huge fan of all things Narnia, but I don't have nearly enough material there to create a story worth reading, and I love Tolkien, but the sheer volume of material I have there makes it impossible to know where to start. Perhaps I'll write some of that in the very distant future. I'm also obsessed with a number of TV shows, including Burn Notice, White Collar, Doctor Who, and The Vampire Diaries. but don't expect me to write anything about those! About Me: I'm a Hotel and Restaurant Management student from Colorado. I love to travel, and I've been to many countries in Europe this summer, my favorite of which was Ireland. I also love history (particularly European), and I love to read. Other loves (in no particular order): the beach, margaritas, the pool, cute dresses, wine, Italian food, sandals, tea, ice cream, the color green, espresso, dogs, shopping, music, and my pet betta Poseidon. One more thing: I am not British, but many of my characters are and I occasionally attempt to make them sound like it. If I have any British readers, I would appreciate it if you would tell me when I'm really just making myself sound like an idiot. Thanks! |
