I'm not a very interesting person, but I am interested in a lot of stuff. But, there may be some things you may want to know if you consider reading my stories: (1) English isn't my first language, so there would most likely be grammatical and typographical errors in my works. (2) I easily get carried away when I write, so my writing can get verbose at times. But I am trying to cut it down when I edit my stuff. (3) I have only recently gotten out of a three-year writing hiatus. I used to write a lot when I was younger, but life happened, and I haven't written anything since then. Well, until this year. (4) Reading, writing and drawing are my forms of respite from my mundane office life of excel spreadsheets, powerpoint presentations and endless deadlines. I suppose that that may be the reason why my works would most likely have elements of high fantasy in them, i.e. adventure, magic and random fairy tale-ish stuff (and it does not help that my favorite literary works include Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones). I'm a sucker for happy endings, too. Curiously though, I am very fond of horror stories, though I can't write a horror story to save my life. I spend most of my free time reading fanfiction and stories in r/nosleep. EDIT 17.12.17 (5) Finally found a Beta. :) (6) Added a temporary profile image as well. It's a painting by Amy Judd entitled 'Bath White,' so all credits go to her. It reminds me a lot of René Magritte's (my favorite surrealist painter) The Son of Man, only more feminine and contemporary.
