I'm an eager reviewer. If you want a feedback on your fic, just ask. Your story has to be a three-shot at most, that's my requirement. I get very detailed when reviewing, I point out everything I have read. Mostly, I bring out the good things I see. I believe that it all writers deserve to be praised for their efforts. However, of course, I criticize. It is necessary, although sometimes hurtful, in order for the writer to find space for growth. No flames, all constructive criticism. Nothing personal, simply business.
