Ever since I was eleven in 2001 I've been involved in some Harry Potter related fansite. It started off at (where else?) HarryPotter.com. Then I discovered "bumping" somebody fic on the forums was no was to live, so I joined my first ever archive, hpfanfiction.net which doesn't exist today (anybody knows what happened to that guy who wrote his versions of HP 5-7?). I didn't completely chnage gears until April of 2003 when I discovered my niche. The stroy that converted me was Not as a Last Resort by Arabella on SugarQuill. I think it's still one of the best stories out there. And because of it I'm part of one of the greates sites ever - Checkmated Drugs of Choice: Ron/Hermione is my OTP. Other ships include Harry/Ginny, Draco.Ginny Neville/Parvati, Draco/Luna. Yes, I do have strange tastes. Hobbies: Reading, watching tv, surfing the net, writing. Another thing I like to do is collect quotes. I have pages and pages of quotes having to do with all manner of things. I feel there's a quote for almost anything I want to say. Favorite TV Shows: Grey's Anatomy, Lost, Gilmore Girls, 7th Heaven, Smallville, General Hospital, America's Next Top Model. And most of those are just the nightly shows. Movies: The Notebook, Love Actually, The Breakfast Club, Boys and Girls, Saw, Mean Girls, Stepmom, Tuck Everlasting, Amelie Books: Too many to count. But I'm a lover of historical fiction and romance so that's mostly what I read. Throw in some young adult fiction and classics and you have my bookshelf. |
