This Is Me: Recent college graduate with a B.A. in Creative Writing and French. Right now, I enjoy foreign films and vegging out to late night television (especially the Venture Bros!), and I enjoy a good beer every so often. And, that's about all that's going on in my life right now. Trying to find a big kid job sucks! :)

My short lived fanfiction career: Well, I did one story my sophomore year of high school and another story around my senior year of high school. That has been the extent of my fanfiction career. It came to the point where I enjoyed writing solely for the reviews. I felt like I lost sight of what writing had once meant to me: getting my ideas out on paper - or in this case, a Word document. I have a few unfinished fanfics floating around somewhere in my hard drive. The chances of me finishing them and posting them are pretty slim. However, I still read fanfiction, so I haven't completely given up on it! I mostly read from Final Fantasy VIII (squinoas) and Dragonball Z (B/V and G/Videl). Those are two aspects of my high school life that I've held on to these past few years... and I graduated May of 2005.

Projects

Inuyasha Fanfiction: Love and War- From a young age, Kagome was separated from any family she ever knew. Fifteen years later, at age seventeen, she sees a royal notice from a kingdom, asking for anyone with combat skills to offer their services to the Hathar army. Kagome eagerly responds to the call to arms and meets an inu hanyou prince who she falls in love with, but there are some factors that separate them. One major factor is the impeding war between Hathar and Uranin. In the end, Kagome must choose between her previously unknown homeland and the home she discovered in one hanyou. ON HIATUS! JUNE 24, 2004-- Well "Love and War" is definitely on hiatus. I've found myself wanting reviews more than writing the damn thing for me. And from previous experience, when that happens, I find the story is no longer fun to write. So for all of you who have read the story thanks a bunch. I loved your reviews, the good and the bad, and I hope that maybe someday I'll get back to finishing L.A.W. You'll probably recieve an email from me when/if that happens. Until then... -Happy Youkai

DBZ Fanfiction: Well, I'm thinking of starting over on this one. Someday I'll have it up and running. I added a scene to the first chapter, but I'm not entirely sure that I will want to keep it when I re-post the story. (11/08/09)
