This is a direct sequel to No More a Savage Life and No More a Savage Life: Chapter Two. It is rated M for violence, language and expressive sexual situations. Though it can stand alone, I suggest reading One and Two not to miss out on any plot points or new characters.

Hannibal Lecter has been returned to Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane after failing to escape custody in Memphis and begins getting regular visits from Agent Starling, only not in a professional capacity.

Caroline isn't exactly thrilled when she wakes up on a plane half way to Italy with Klaus. Despite her anger, she decides to make the best of it. How often is she in Italy after all? Back in Mystic Falls the race for the cure is on, but at what cost?

Caroline gets home from a semester of college only to find that Klaus too has returned. She attempts resisting his advances, but when a threat looms in Mystic Falls she finds herself seeking him out. Her choice leads her down a murky path of blurred morals till she will stand equal with the object of her denied desire. [Smatterings of Kalijah and Mabekah; Rebekatoline]

Once again, Caroline finds herself caught between love for Klaus & loyalty to friends. But when they find the cure, everything they thought they knew will change, & they may never be the same again.

My fan fiction starts four years after Silence of the lambs. Clarice gets in trouble long before the fish market bloodbath because the FBI suspects her of a maintained correspondence with Dr. Lecter.

Stuck in the Mikaelson mansion together, the vampires of Mystic Falls decide to play a game of Truth or Dare. Klaus and Caroline opt to sit out of the immature game but soon it affects them too. And what happens when the two start a game of their own? Mostly canon-compliant, takes place before 422.

Takes place immediately after Hannibal's escape in Tennessee. Modifies canon, placing Clarice in Bimini to aid the FBI in the search for Hannibal. When the FBI withdraws and Clarice remains, will our couple's obvious attraction play out the way Hannibal wishes, or does Crawford hold more sway over Clarice than the good doctor imagines? Sexual situations, of course! It's a lemon!

Love makes no sense, especially not when you feel attracted to the man who is your worst enemy. A man who is supposed to have no heart, no soul. A man who has no humanity left. Or does he? Klaus/Caroline Rated T, because I say so.

Clarice hasn't seen Hannibal in six years. She hears he's been captured in Australia and rushes to make arrangements to transport him personally back to Baltimore- however their flight is interrupted as the plane crashes and she is left to deal with surviving on a subtropical island…with Hannibal Lecter…and maybe a few survivors. The girls come up with a plan to send Caroline back in time to kill Klaus before he ever arrives in Mystic Falls. But it turns out their plan won't be as simple as they thought. Especially when Caroline gets stuck in the past & only has Klaus to rely on.

Haunted by the events of their last meeting, both must come to terms with their feelings. He is certain, but will she see through the bars of his plight and ache for him? Follows "Breaking Free" and "Playing House." As Clarice Starling makes decisions about the right direction for her life, Hannibal Lecter finds patience and self-control can be difficult things indeed. Rated M for language, violence and sexual situations.

Trying to find out which Original the gangs bloodline leads to, Bonnie produces a spell that sends Caroline into the past; learning more about Klaus and uncovering secrets she never expected, Caroline begins to realize that nothing is merely coincidence.

Most of my favorite Hannibal Lecter/Clarice Starling stories are a variation on the events following Muskrat Farm . . . here's my twist on that scenario. Rating bumped to M as of Chapter 11 and beyond.

Clarice is involved in a major drugs raid, the only problem is she is undercover as a prostitute, and who else is at the same hotel? Perhaps asking for a red-head for the night?
