Hi, I'm Midnight, and if you're reading this you have successfully found my page. I've so far written three poems, 13 stories and am currently writing five stories. My inspirational Authors are Clare B. Dunkle, Gail Carson Levine, and K. A. Tucker. I write to mostly instrumental as I find it very relaxing. My dream is to one day become an Author. GOOD NEWS I GOT THAT PROMOTION I WAS AIMING FOR WHICH MEANS I'LL BE WORKING LESS! YEAH, I GET IT, PROMOTION AND LESS WORK DON'T EXACTLY BELONG IN THE SAME SENTENCE, BUT THERE IT IS AGAIN. IT'S REALLY JUST THE WAY THIS NEW POSITION WORKS, AND I'M COOL WITH IT AS LONG AS I CAN MAINTAIN 28 HRS AT THE LEAST. NEW CHAPTER OF NAH IS UP, AND AM NOW WORKING ON RUNAWAY AND SPOF. I have a statement to make.

For those of you have told me that you want me to make The vampire and his slave into a story, I'm sorry but I'm finding it impossible to do so. However, I will post a different story up for Vampire Academy. I have no plot for this poem, but I do plan to post a different story for Vampire Academy, though I'm not sure when exactly.

I am the girl kicked out of her home because I confided in my mother that I am a lesbian.

I am the man who died alone in the hospital because they would not let my partner of twenty-seven years into the room.

I am the foster child who wakes up with nightmares of being taken away from the two fathers who are the only loving family I have ever had. I wish they could adopt me.

I am one of the lucky ones, I guess. I survived the attack that left me in a coma for three weeks, and in another year I will probably be able to walk again.

I am not one of the lucky ones. I killed myself just weeks before graduating high school. It was simply too much to bear.

We are the couple who had the realtor hang up on us when she found out we wanted to rent a one-bedroom for two men.

I am the person who never knows which bathroom I should use if I want to avoid getting the management called on me.

I am the mother who is not allowed to even visit the children I bore, nursed, and raised. The court says I am an unfit mother because I now live with another woman.

I am the domestic-violence survivor who found the support system grow suddenly cold and distant when they found out my abusive partner is also a woman.

I am the domestic-violence survivor who has no support system to turn to because I am male.

I am the father who has never hugged his son because I grew up afraid to show affection to other men.

I am the home-economics teacher who always wanted to teach gym until someone told me that only lesbians do that.

I am the man who died when the paramedics stopped treating me as soon as they realized I was transsexual.

I am the person who feels guilty because I think I could be a much better person if I did not have to always deal with society hating me.

I am the man who stopped attending church, not because I don't believe, but because they closed their doors to my kind.

I am the person who has to hide what this world needs most, love.

I am the person who is afraid of telling his loving Christian parents he loves another male.

To me writing is like breathing, it just comes naturally.

I don't have a box for my thoughts anymore, just one that keeps all of my notebooks in one place so their stories are easy to find.

Don't listen when people tell you to think outside the box, instead destroy the box you're trying to think outside of.

Help those in need because you never know when you'll find yourself in their shoes wishing someone would help you.

Hope is the one thing that can cure anything because hope is the one thing that will never die.

The world would be a safer place if we all asked questions.

Everyone has a purpose in life. They just have to find it, and then they'll be happy.

There are two sides to every story. You just have to be patient enough to listen, and none too quick to judge.

We're all a little insane inside, but that's what makes us great writers.

Travel in the mystery of the unknown, it'll make reaching your destination worthwhile.

You know you've pretty much abandoned a story when you have to go back and re-read the entire thing just so you can continue to write it.

With every choice we make comes a consequence. Though the consequence may not show up right away nor at a time of our choosing, a consequence always appears with time. Whether it be good or bad, a consequence always makes itself known.

Push yourself to your breaking point, and then find a new breaking point to push yourself past.

Imperfection is the true perfection, because only when you accept that you are imperfect can you see true beauty where others think it does not exist.

Life isn't life if there aren't difficulties thrown in our way.

Fate is cruel. She plays and she taunts, but rarely does she grieve for her actions.
