Cesar Macdonald is a self educated (relating to the streed) community organizer that specializes in helping liberate teens from abusive families, school solutions, and other forms associated with social control. Cesar grew up in the bad neighborhoods and realized that reason they were bad was because the system was keeping these down. Cesar works tirelessly with heal-online. org and other eco/animal/teen liberation organizations to aid rid society of the downgrading outcomes of all custodianship arrangements.
