![]() Author has written 8 stories for Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and Superman. As sisters, we started this account together three years ago. We authored our first FanFiction and first Percy Jackson story Here Comes the Bride over the summer of 2013. For as many summers as we can remember, that summer of writing Here Comes the Bride has been one of our favorites, and it's one we'll never forget. Since 2013, we've since matured in nature and mind, and life has just kept getting in the way. School has become increasingly more demanding as we strive to make good grades and begin our college search. Kathleen has become totally involved in color guard and winter guard and it's kind of taking over her life. But she loves it so no complaints from her end. Katherine is still swimming year round, though her true passion is theatre, particularly musicals. While we're obviously still sisters, we have decided that we will not be writing together anymore. We will, however, continue to write separately through this joint account. Most stories will be written by Katherine who's interested in pursuing a writing career as an author, journalist, or a reporter. Kathleen may come on to the account once or twice to post a one-shot or two and of course, she still helps Katherine brainstorm new ideas and is most helpful at providing "insightful" and brutally honest opinions on Katherine's ideas. Thank you all so much for your continued patience and support! We know that it's not easy dealing with authors who rarely update and have only finished writing 3 of 7 stories. You may not believe this, but it's you guys that inspire us to keep writing. So thank you for all your encouragement because without you guys we probably never would have gotten into writing and that's something that we truly enjoy doing. So thank you! Woah, that got super serious... Now on to the fun stuff! ~Kathleen and Katherine Announcements! Follow Us on Instagram @2Owlsatweeting! The account is run by Katherine and has evolved into a Dramione fan-account with occasional pictures of Henry Cavill because he's beautiful and Katherine's in love with him. She posts adorable and aesthetically pleasing pictures accompanied by occasional sneak peeks and summaries of her newest works in progress. Go check it out! The two of us also made a Youtube Chanel 3 years ago, not quite sure what we were thinking at this point, but we thought it would be a cool idea and so we said, "Hey, why not?" and we made the chanel. We have 2 videos up there I believe (don't expect anymore because that's highly unlikely) but they're Question & Answer videos about our Percy Jackson fanfic, Here Comes the Bride to tie up any loose ends that we might have left out of the story. If you're looking for a laugh, you should watch it! Completed Stories: Somewhere In My Memory (co-authored)~ Harry Potter, Dramione, three-shot, 11k words Here Comes the Bride (co-authored)~ Percy Jackson & the Olympians, Percabeth, 25 chapters, 38k words It's Okay To Cry (written by Kathleen)~ Harry Potter, one-shot, 1k words Works in Progress/Yet to be Finished (mainly Katherine's stories): Where to even start with the apologies/explanations for these... As of right now, our 2nd story together (titled Jumpers(PJO)) is considered abandoned. At some point in her life, Katherine (that's me!) may try to finish writing it because it's been all mapped out and literally all she has to do is write it. Only problem is, she can't find the time to write. Merry Christmas, Beautiful (HP) is on hiatus until Christmastime, but rest assured it will be updated by the end of November or early December. It wouldn't make much sense to post a new chapter if it wasn't Christmastime. Oh, good 'ol Because I Love You (LotR)... I don't even know what I'm going to do with this story, honestly. I have a couple of chapters written that have yet to be posted, so over this summer, I'll probably post those couple chapters and see how the response is before making the executive decision on whether to keep it or get rid of it. What do you guys think I should do?? Freakin' Look SkyeWard (AoS) is giving me so much grief. It's about half-way done, so I should just finish it, right? Only problem is that I wrote this story back in Season 1. You remember Season 1? When Grant Ward was a good guy and Daisy's name was Skye? When Grant Ward was actually ALIVE and Skye's (I'm not calling her Daisy) hair was long and there was actually a chance that SkyeWard could have worked out? Haha, not anymore. So honestly, idek about this story. New Stories (That Have Yet to Be Posted on FF.net But Have Been Semi-Written by Katherine): 1). King Takes Queen (could be retitled Dark Side)~ Dramione (HP), 40 chapters, colossal project that will take a very long time to complete and really puts me out of my comfort zone. This is defiantly going to be darker and twistier than anything I've ever written and I don't really think I'm a dark OR twisty person. Rated T for now, but may earn an M-rating later on (not for smut, but for adult situations, blood/gore, violence, and just general unhappiness.) But I'm super excited to share it with you. Summary: Power. Corruption. Deception. Desire. Murder. Revenge. You think you know a story, but the truth is you don't know the half of the story, you only know how it ends. To get to the heart of the story, you have to go back to the beginning. 2). Waiting For Superman~ Clark Kent and Lois Lane (Man of Steel, Batman Vs. Superman, Justice League, and Smallville), 30 chapters, rated K and T Summary: A collection of 30 one-shots based on Disney songs/quotes. Random things about me, Katherine! I believe that dreams really do come true and that things will get better. Disney World and Alaska are my two favorite places in the world. I'm 5 foot, half an inch, but say I'm 5'1. I've met one of my celebrity crushes. My first name is actually MeKayla... Katherine is my middle name and the name I choose to go by! I really think that J.K. Rowling should have made Dramione canon. She had a Romeo/Juliette love story in the palm of her hands and did absolutely nothing with it! I really hate Chemistry and Math. I liked Batman vs. Superman better than Civil War, but I love both Marvel and DC movies. I prefer the ocean to mountains. The stars in the night sky literally take my breath away and I could just stare up there for hours. I'm afraid that when I first meet new friends that they don't like me and are only pretending to like me. I want to marry a professional athlete (an American football player would be preferable) Or Henry Cavill. Henry Cavill's fine too. I've been swimming competitively since I was 7 years old and still hate it. I don't have any tattoos or piercings except on my ear where you normally put earrings. I have a toe ring though. Things on my Bucket List: see the Northern Lights, step foot on every continent (yes, even Antartica), and ride a camel across the Sahara Desert. I sound exactly like Ana when I'm singing "For the First Time in Forever" (from Disney's Frozen) My favorite animal is either a leopard, panther, or a lion. My biggest regret in life is giving up dancing. I danced for 12 years. If I were to pick a celebrity that I'm most like, I'd have to go with Amy Adams. Speaking of Amy Adams, I honestly love Amy Adams' and Henry Cavill's relationship. On-screen and off-screen. They're all around goals. The only jewelry I wear is earrings and my Pandora bracelet. I rarely wear necklaces or rings. During my school's production of Shrek: The Musical, I was the Baby Bear. I don't like cats. The most serious relationship I was in lasted for 3 days. I was the one who ended it. I want to attend University of Chapel Hill (in North Carolina) or The Ohio State University (obviously in Ohio). I'm terrified of fire, snakes, and murky water. I don't think it's a good movie unless it makes you cry. The Great Gatsby is my favorite book that's not in a series. The only sport I follow religiously is American football. My favorite team is the Carolina Panthers. If I could have any kick-ass job I wanted, I'd be an FBI or CIA agent. But in real life I'd like to be a forensic psychologist, lawyer, journalist, or author. I've had my Learner's Permit for 2 years because I hate driving and I'm not good at it. Beauty and the Beast is my all time favorite Disney movie. I really want a mermaid tail that I can swim in. My parents said that I could get one if I paid for it. When I was younger, I wanted to be a Disney Princess and live in Cinderella's Castle. Turns out I could only be a fairy or Wendy Darling because I'm not tall enough to be a princess. Apparently there are height requirements...? My favorite movie is usually the latest movie I've seen: Right now it's probably Man of Steel or The Dark Knight. When I get married, I want to have a little baby boy and name him Jace. I'm terrified that if I want the gender of my baby to be a surprise and than the baby's born and it's a girl, I'll be disappointed. If Donald Trump becomes President, I think the US should elect Queen Elizabeth to take over for the next four years. Selena Gomez is my "girl-crush" and I will always ship Jelena (Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez). My life motto is best summed up by Luke Kuechly: "At the end of the day, those little things that you thought didn't matter, end up becoming the big things that make the difference between winning and losing." The first R-rated movie I saw was 22 Jump Street. I have a 6 year old dog named Belle (after the Disney Princess). She's a peek-a-poo and is only 6 pounds. I still call her a puppy. My favorite superhero is Superman, but I had never seen a DC or Marvel movie until 2 years ago. I love clothes, but hate shopping. My room is painted 2 different shades of pink. Pink is, of course, my favorite color. I really can't stand Tris from Divergent, Katniss from the Hunger Games, or Clary from the Mortal Instruments. I broke our printer 4 years ago printing out pictures for a Once Upon a Time collage on my bathroom door... The printer has never recovered and always says "Low Ink". I don't think I'll go to prom without a date. I know that I'm luckier than most and wish that there was something more I could do for those less fortunate than I. Lex Luthor and The Joker honestly terrify me. Brilliant performances by Jesse Eisenberg and Heath Ledger. F. Scott Fitzgerald has helped me realize that you don't need to write a 1,000 page novel to tell a beautiful love story. Writing down this list has made me love my life even more.
