![]() Author has written 4 stories for Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Harry Potter, and Sherlock. Hello! I don’t like talking about my personals too much, but I’m currently a college student with an affinity for writing and overanalyzing the Harry Potter series. When writing HP fanfic, I try to look at things objectively; for example, though I love Snape dearly, I am not someone who says that he should have ended up with Lily or that James was evil or anything like that. All of the characters- particularly the older ones, who seem to be more complex- have good and bad sides. None are purely good or purely evil, and they all made mistakes. It just seems the internet has been in a bit of an upset lately in regards to that debate. Currently I am finishing Who Has Time For Tears, which is essentially an avenue for systematically categorizing and addressing all of the issues that Snape has, whether it be fears, sources of guilt, or festering sentiments of hatred or anger. It is technically a crossover into the Silent Hill universe, but I don’t think anyone without knowledge of Silent Hill would get any less from the story. One of these days I’m going to finish and post my short Havemercy fic. If you are not familiar with Havemercy, it is a fantasy novel written by Danielle Bennet and Jaida Jones (of Shoebox fame) and I highly, highly recommend it. Aside from that, my other fandoms/interests include (but are not limited to) Firefly, Dr. Horrible’s Sing Along Blog, Sherlock Holmes, Metal Gear Solid, Portal, Austen novels, Ouran High School Host Club, The Great Gatsby, Miyazaki films, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Avatar: The Last Airbender, DC Comics, the Avengers, and Phoenix Wright. I’m also planning on doing some work with Kara no Kyoukai, which is a profound and beautiful anime that I would recommend before anything else. Thank you very much! If you read any of my work, please leave a review. Even the smallest nods make me very happy. :) |
