Author has written 6 stories for Star Trek: 2009, and StarTrek: The Original Series. Okay, personal info; I'm female, teen, live in USA (MI). You're not getting anything besides that. Will probably be writing in either; Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and possibly House, Outsiders, Dragonriders of Pern, Inheritance Cycle, Temeraire. This particular account was made because I wanted to write stories with slash pairings, but certain relatives are also on this site, and frankly I think they might be a little perturbed by that. In regards to slash writing romance is somewhat difficult, since generally that requires something more physical, which is not my forte so sorry if I write that a little awkwardly. And I'm not telling you the other account, because I'm paranoid. I blame the dark horror novels. So, all the stories posted here will likely be slashy in some way, though never graphic - See above. Teen. I might also post some stories of more disturbing content which would freak out said nosy relative. If you want more personal info, for some reason; Music; don't listen to it. At all - don't get it really. Except phantom of the opera, for some reason, because I saw that and it was AMAZING, but I don't actually listen to music otherwise. Instruments; Play bassoon and oboe, even in a youth orchestra. Yes, I know you're looking at the above with confusion now. I play music, doesn't mean I have to listen to it! Don't poke holes in my reasoning. Books; My obsession. Favorite series; Lord of the rings, Redwall series, Dragonriders of Pern, Temeraire series, Keys to the Kingdom, anything Star Trek, Stephen King novels, Inheritance Cycle, other things I'm forgetting, I'm sure... Movies; Lord of the Rings (although they forget Tom Bombadil and the take over of the Shire and Glorfindel's part and mess with so much it's not even FUNNY), the six first Star Trek movies (YES, even 1 and 5, and I have a mild obsession with Sybok, who is sadly never in fanfics, which is why I HAVE to put him in my stories) and Star Trek XI and the X-men movies and star wars. And Stephen King movies. TV: Star Trek, House M.D., Star Trek, White Collar, Star Trek, Star Trek, Star Trek... Actually, mostly amazing original series. And I like Enterprise, most of the time. Voyager is great, Next Gen is... bleh. Okay sometimes. I haven't seen the other two series at all... sigh. Never on. Also; will NOT abandon a story. Ever. I hate it when people do that. Can't always promise prompt updates, or, er, even mildly okay updating rates, but I am very set on never abandoning a story. Ever feel like chatting, about the stories or actual books/movies/shows whatever, feel free to contact. Concerning Stories: Seem to mostly be writing Star Trek, which doesn't surprise me. Also, I lief before; was trying to not post other things besides Hyposprays and Incense to keep focused, but... yeah. I generally have to write whatever appeals at the moment; currently I have some twenty WIP stories, no joke, that I just haven't posted yet. I've decided to not post them unless finished till H&I is over with, and I seem to be stuck a little on that one. Sigh. Not to mention my neglected stories on account two; gen and the non-dark/disturbing stories just aren't as exciting. Also on stories, pretty much all my Star Trek stories - probably going to involve Spock in the pairing. *grins* And there might be some weird pairings, too, I love surprising pairings, and while I'm completely a K/S shipper (although I can see S/M, too) I can never really write Kirk well, I think. I love trying to imagine rare pairings. Although I've given up on the idea of trying to write a feasible Spock/Chekov. I think of Chekov as little kid-ish most of the time. Would be a little disturbing. On the other hand, while experimenting with some other pairings in the adorementioned twenty WIP stories, I fell in love with Spock/Scotty and Spock/Sulu. And I think Spock/M'Benga will be there at some point. I occassionally think it's weird how I like to write Spock with everyone, but, eh. He's just that amazing, fits with everybody. Also had this really weird dream one day sleeping, and I was veryvery amused by it upon waking. So, now I'm determined to one day write a feasible, realistic, non-cracky Spock/Mudd. As in Harcourt Fenton Mudd, yes, the crazy cheap guy from TOS. I think it burrowed into my brain with someone online speculating about Mudd being in the 2012 movie, while I was thinking of my plethora of Spock romance fics, whereupon it all went downhill. But, hey, I love a challenge. *grins*. Yeah, I'm a little insane, whatever. ^_^ |
