![]() Author has written 2 stories for Twilight. Pretty average 20-year-old with an above average interest in chemistry, cows, Idaho, and long distance running. Aspiring medical student. Lover of folk music. Part-time American. Passionate fan of Harry Potter. About my stories: It should be mentioned that "Lost" and "A Lost Girl" are basically the same story, just in different languages and with minor changes. It orignially was written in German, but I am doing my best at translating, which is why some constructive criticism would be super helpful! Feel free to get in touch with me if you have any suggestions or feedback of any type! I haven't kept the German version super up to date here on fanfiction.net, but if you are interested in all the chapters (88 as of right now), just let me know and I'll make them accessible on the site. The story has been a part of my life for quite some time now. I actually started writing it around my 13th birthday, at the very end of my elementary school days. It seems crazy that it was so long ago (and I am actually still pretty impressed with my 6th grade writing-skills). Writing Lost (as I called 'A Lost Girl' in German) has definitely helped me improve my writing and it has taught me some commitment as well. I have considered giving up on a few occasions, but I always ending up returning and writing some more chapters (that explains why it took me 5 years to write the first 60 chapters). We sort of grew up together and I am not sure how much longer it will take me to finish it, but we're getting there... It's a story about love and hate, death and life - about the past and what's ahead. Bella's fate is a cruel one, but it's just one in millions. Of course, she has a difficult past, but she tries to always look forward. She knows that happiness can't be taken for granted and makes the best out of the situation. That is what Lost is really about - finding love, moving on and accepting the things that can't be changed. |
