Hi! I'm Delilah, a proudly Australian female with a keen interest in writing and reading. I've been writing since I was eleven, though I will never let anyone read what I had written back then. I've been on fanfiction.net for a few years, and have only just decided to post.

I have a few favourites when it comes to reading and watching;

I love vampires. I have since I was eight when I first started watching Buffy The Vampire Slayer by accident (I was bored and started channel flicking. I'm pretty sure I was born with a remote in my hand.)

Though I am slightly ashamed of it, I love angst, as long as there is a happy ending to make up for it.

I don't mind femslash, but I do prefer hetero. Males with toned bodies and to-die-for eyes. And yes, I am slightly bisexual, though I prefer to think of it as bi-curious.

I don't mind smut, in fact I have moods where I certainly encourage it. I don't know why, but for some reason I can only read it when I have the patience.

My favourite thing ever to read is anything to do with the supernatural. You'll find almost everything I write will have supernatural elements, so sorry if that isn't your thing.

Okay, I think that's that. Now onto more personal things...

I'm single. As I said, I don't mind either gender, though I'm infinitely easier persuaded by guys. I love my friends more than anyone else. My kitten is my baby boy, even if he is bigger than my ten year old dog. You can normally find me on my laptop with the TV playing True Blood in the background. I'm shy around new people, so if you want to get to know me, be really pesky. I love all reviewers, and I review on most of my favourite stories, anonymously before now. And I can't say no to chicken and sweet corn soup.

My favourite books are: Jeaniene Frost: Night Huntress Series, Janet Evanovich: Stephanie Plum Series, Laurell K. Hamilton: Vampire Hunter Series, Stephanie Meyer: Twilight Saga (especially New Moon - angst), J. K. Rowling: Harry Potter Series (especially The Order Of The Pheonix), Anne Rice: Vampire Chronicles, Charlaine Harris: Southern Vampire Series, and a few other books that I dabble in. As you can see, vampires flying from my book cases. Also, I love Phantom Of The Opera by it's many authors (and spin-offs).

I have many stories I'm working on, though I find it difficult to finish multi-chapter stories. I have a one-shot I just completed that actually inspired me to post after some friends convinced me to.

Water Rippling was something that I came up with after I got challenged to write my first smut-piece. Yes, that's right, it's my first attempt, so please be kind - though I welcome any constructive criticism, just don't be cruel! I honestly don't know how I imagined the setting, or why, but I am proud of it because it was a challenge to complete it. I'm not that knowledgable in that sort of thing, but I gave it the ol' college try. Please review!

Okay, an update. I've just written a sort-of prelude to Water Rippling called Ice Puddle, which is the first week or so from Edwards POV before the events of Water Rippling. It's been really easy to write, and I have had some notes saying they want it continued, so I will be working on the next chapter (where Water Rippling happens in E's POV) while I'm in Adelaide (Godess bless vacations).

Another update, months after. Okay, I've had some personal sh*t happen, so I've only just finished (and posted!) the next chapter of Ice Puddle. Wow, has it really been a year? Seems like an effing lifetime.
