Too many fanfics on Wattpad are plagiarized from other sites like FanFiction.net, Archive of Our Own, FictionAlley, LiveJournal, etc. Wattpad users either pass the fics off as their own or "give credit" to the original author by stating that they don't own the content. Both of these things are stealing and wrong. The goal of this profile is to raise awareness of the plagiarism epidemic on Wattpad, as well as to help FanFiction.net authors fight plagiarism of their fanworks.
