Once upon a time (June 26, 2004, to be exact), the paths of two not-quite-averge American teenage girls met and instantaneously intertwined through the wonder that was FanFiction.Net's Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century section. These two girls were Jen and Jess, soon discovered that they were both adamant and almost obsessive fans of Zenon.

Their love for the adventures of the stellar girl of the future and her fabulo rockstar bonded them. But that was just the beginning -- the tip of the iceberg, for interest after interest and opinion after opinion quickly unfolded. Anne of Green Green Gables, Harry Potter, stubbornly 'shipping Proto Zoa and Zenon and hundreds of other examples that I, your narrator, couldn't possibly list for you.

However, of these common interests, it was Disney's So Weird and the songs from that show that brings us here today. In the earliest hours of the day of their one week anniversary, it was decided: the two needed a joint FanFiction.Net account, to share with the world works of fan fiction set in the Zenon fandom, inspired by So Weird's music.
