Gypsy the Cat-Gypsy is Perry's best friend and an O.W.C.A. agent in training. They grew up together but when Perry joined O.W.C.A., Gypsy was too scared to, because of powers she was born with. She has the ability to control earth, and because she was scared of these abilities at first, she didn't feel confident enough to join O.W.C.A. with her best friend until she thought she had her powers under control. She was assigned to be Kiki's partner.

Jackie the Rabbit-Jackie is an O.W.C.A. agent and Dennis's ex-mate. They met during their training and became mates after a successful mission together as full agents. They had two children together, but Dennis soon betrayed O.W.C.A. and abandoned Jackie and their kids, leaving her heartbroken. After a long time, she finally allowed herself to trust and love again.

Ohio the Platypus-Ohio is an O.W.C.A. agent and one of Perry's best friends. Originally born in Scotland, his parents moved to Danville when he was a young adult, so he still retains his Scottish accent. He was trained by his secret agent parents and joined O.W.C.A. using those skills. He met Jackie and developed a crush on her, and she developed a crush on him back, but then she fell in love with Dennis and Ohio went away to L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. for an undercover mission. Three years later, he returned to help Jackie recover from her broken heart.

Wendy the Cat-Wendy is a senior O.W.C.A. agent and the mother of Gypsy the Cat, Raziel the Cat, and Cassie the Cat. She is one of the oldest agents at O.W.C.A. and she is also Perry's godmother, who took him in when his parents disappeared. She trained as a field agent at first, before learning medicine from O.W.C.A.'s doctor to become a field medic.

Kiki the Fox-Kiki is an O.W.C.A. agent who went through her training with Perry. Though she bullied him, it was just covering a bigger secret, one she was hiding from Perry. She finds it very hard to make friends due to her naturally prickly nature, and she prefers to work alone, but she slowly warms up to Gypsy after being assigned her as a partner. She enlists Gypsy's help when she finds herself falling for Peter the Panda. Her nemesis is Rodrigo. Kiki belongs to Nightflame203.

Lori the Rabbit-Lori is a zoo animal and Jackie's mother. She had her heart broken broken by Jackie's father when Jackie was just a baby, and it made her wiser. Now she lives in the zoo she was born in and gives advice to anyone who needs it, especially Jackie, Perry, and Melissa.

Socks the Cat-Socks was born to a couple of street cats and abandoned soon after. When she was two years old, a flood destroyed her home. Luckily, she was found by a pet shelter who put her up for adoption. She was adopted the following year by a kind couple in their middle-ages. However, a tragic accident burnt down their home, causing her and the other pet in the house to flee into the forest, where they were found by Wendy and given the facility she founded. Socks was trained in medicine and chemistry.

Buddy the Dog-Buddy was born on a farm and put up for adoption at an early age. He was adopted by a middle-aged couple and raised at their house. He met Socks at age three when she was adopted by the same couple. However, a tragic fire caused them to flee into the forest, where they were found by Wendy and given the facility she founded. Buddy was trained in computer science.

Melissa the Rabbit-Melissa was born on and grew up on the streets. She learnt very quickly the things she would have to do if she was to survive. She met Rolf the Raccoon on the streets and, after a brief rivalry, they began a relationship. However, they constantly argued and soon split up. After being chased by savage dogs one day, she was saved by Dennis, and the two fell in love. Melissa belongs to Nightflame203.

Cassie the Cat-Cassie is an O.W.C.A. agent and Wendy's daughter. She did her training with Perry and Kiki, both of whom she was jealous of and disliked because of their skills. She is on O.W.C.A.'s top ten list.

Ravi the Rabbit-Ravi is an O.W.C.A. agent and Jackie's half-brother; they share their father. They met at O.W.C.A. but didn't know about each other or Lois until they had both found mates. He fell in love with Cassie at an early age and eventually she began loving him back.

Rolf the Raccoon-Rolf was born and raised on the streets. He met Melissa when he was young, and felt attracted to her immediately. They began a relationship after a brief rivalry but broke up because of all the arguments they had. He was recruited a few years later by Perry the Platypus for O.W.C.A.'s Feral Inclusion Program. It wasn't until he had hooked up with, had twin kids with, and broken up with Lois that he realised he was still in love with Melissa.

Lois the Rabbit-Lois is Jackie's and Ravi's half-sister; they share their father. She was raised by her father to be a thief. After a few years of stealing from O.W.C.A., Lois was finally arrested and imprisoned in the O.W.C.A.-Traz, where she got the news that her father had died. Distraught, she begged to join O.W.C.A., as she had nowhere else to go. Major Monogram allowed her to join under the Feral Inclusion Program. She had a very brief affair with Rolf and had twins with him. Terrified of the responsibility of being a mother, she abandoned the three of them and fled to Russia, where she met Raziel the Cat, with whom she fell in love.

Raziel the Cat-Raziel is an O.W.C.A. agent, Gypsy's twin brother, and Wendy's son. He has the power to control fire and, unlike his twin sister, joined O.W.C.A. at the same time as Perry. After his training, he was transferred to the Russian branch of O.W.C.A. in order to help; with his powers, he could rescue agents trapped in snowstorms and avalanches. It was there that he met Lois, with whom he fell in love.

Roma and Jet-Roma and Jet are two Fennec Foxes who have been in love since before they knew what love was. They were raised together and became mates before they were even adults. They ended up at a pet shop, where they were adopted by Rodney and trained by L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. to fight and build machines, though they furthered their knowledge by battling O.W.C.A. regularly. They love each other more than life itself and both of them would kill for each other.

Human Phineas and Ferb OCs:

Mavis Monogram-Mavis is O.W.C.A.'s best human agent, Major Monogram's daughter, and Monty's younger sister. She is very serious about her job. She trained in the Special Activities Branch, having been bullied for wanting to train there when she was younger. She has been through a lot in her life, including losing her first boyfriend to a car accident when she was sixteen, but she is stronger for it and is fiercely loyal to her family.

Doctor Apollo Hastings-Apollo is the oldest of three siblings, with a twin sister and a younger sister. After escaping an abusive father, Apollo joined O.W.C.A. to train to be a medic at the age of thirteen. He met Mavis around that time and developed a crush on her, a crush that turned into real feelings during her time training with the S.A.B. when she was a teenager. When she returned, they began a relationship. Soon, they realised they were in love. Apollo is extremely caring; the most important thing in his life apart from his girlfriend and family is the Hippocratic Oath he swore. He will never intentionally do any harm to any living creature.

Raven Starbird-Raven is the princess of Drusselstein. She was getting annoyed with all the social pressure and lack of freedom that came with the job, not to mention being terrified of actually ruling a country, so as soon as she found out her parents were having another baby (therefore there'd be another heir), she ran away to Danville. She was sixteen at the time. She got a job at a chemical plant and sucked up to the owner so much that he eventually adopted her at age seventeen. When he died a year later, she inherited the chemical plant and started developing minor chemical weapons, hoping to make her way up to something massive. She was approached many times by L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. but she turned them down, deeming them idiots. At age 20, she met Crow Starbird, a L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. doctor, and they eventually fell in love, getting married at age 21 and having a child named Damian at age 22. In The Scientific Method, she is aged 37.

Nolan Connelly-Nolan was described as every single person who ever met him as a genius. Now, he's a lawyer, shareholder, and billionaire. He owns shares in Raven's chemical plant and Cynthia's perfume plant, a fact he uses to both help and hinder both of their operations. He met his wife, Della Jackson, during high school. She was beautiful, kind, and just as much of a genius as Nolan. She became a millionaire through her writing non-fiction books but she donated most of it to charity, something Nolan loved about her. However, she caught FDSI which wasn't treated in time, and she died. Unable to accept it, Nolan cryogenically froze her body and is attempting to use his money to find a way to bring her back. This experience left him with two early-teenage kids who hate him and a hatred of happiness.

Doctor Cynthia Whittaker-Cynthia (nee Ross) became one of the youngest surgeons in the world, due to her genius and eidetic memory. She moved from Greece, her birthplace, to O.W.C.A. in Danville to become a surgeon there. She met Darren Whittaker there and fell in love with, got married to, and had a child with him. However, he died of cancer, leaving her a perfume plant to run all by herself. She managed it and still manages to be a consulting surgeon at O.W.C.A. part-time.
