 06/15/2010: "Preemptive Strike" wasn't doing it for me, and I had a hard enough time pounding out that first chapter. It was an idea that wouldn't go away, so I had to write something. I thought it would go further, but what can I say? The plotbunny died, and it wasn't coming back. I'm currently working on another story that will (hopefully) pan out a bit more. The bright side is that if I only write two chapters for this one, I'll have made it twice as far! |
