He doesn't knows what happened, and soon finds small, but significant changes in the world. What ever happened, he is no God anymore and he isn't willing to be a victim again. He will fight, but only on his terms. So he changes things as he likes.

All For One, preparing Noumu, decides to deviate from his normal methods to try and make a new type of Noumu. Sentient Noumus, Noumus that could think for themselves. However, a young Shigaraki expresses want for a sibling. So he decided to kill two birds with one stone. However to do this, he required one to be younger than Tomura...and to have no quirk.

Ever since the seal broke, Naruto's life has changed. He's been thrust into ANBU: he's starting to lose sight of which half is him and which half is his demon, he can't seem to find his way back to team seven, and he's been having these weird dreams - with a sky wrenched apart by a broken moon, a man with a staff, and a version of him with glowing, nine-tomoe eyes.

For one reason or another Izuku moves into an apartment complex a month after having met All Might while on his journey to become a hero. The other tenants? The League of Villains! Although the poor boy is oblivious to this fact. (Or where Izuku is too adorable and ends up with a bunch of overprotective villains for a family.)
