Okay, so my name's Ryan Kaplan... I kinda just put this for no reason, but moving on...

HEEEEELLLLOOOOOOOOO!!!! It's been too long folks! As of right now, I'm no longer on HIATUS!!! If any of you still bother reading my story hahaha, I'll be updating soon. I'm not gonna tell you the day (because then I know I won't finish the next chapter by then), but it will be out soon, so be on the look out for that!

THIS MESSAGE IS DIRECTED TO ALL READERS OF MY STORY:
Before you freek out, don't worry. I'm not ending the story or anything like that lawl. The story will definitely continue but I need to be honest with you guys. So here goes nothin:

To all my fans, or interested readers, bored readers, smut fanatics, ppl wanting comedy, etc, I wanted to first apologize for the long wait for the next chapter. And that I will totally understand if you drop my story like a hotcake. It's been a while and I definitely know how annoying it is for a story to not be updated in months. I for one have been waiting for one to be updated for three years... (I STILL HAVE FAITH IN THE AUTHOR! HE WILL COME BACK TO US!) Anyway, I wanted to apologize to all of you, but not because I've taken so long to update. Because of my reasons for not updating. Laziness and loss of interest with the story.

I'm gonna be completely honest. When I first wrote this story when I was nine, it was a very very very different version. For one, it was completely PG and a oneshot in which Kaiba called Anzu to babysit. They didn't really hate each other and after a small mishap of catching him using the restroom, she tucks Mokuba into bed. "Then they end up on the couch and make out" (That was legit the last sentence word for word...) It was a crappy story but when I discovered it again several years later, I thought I could expand on that idea, make it multichaptered, include her crazy friends, add some much needed sexual tension, change Anzu's sweet personality to that of a spitfire, add a cute, but annoying Mokuba, and obviously, MAKE IT MATURE!! WHOOOT! And thus, the version you see today was born.

But going back and rereading it, I found the story is actually diverting away from the path I had intended for it. It's unfortunate, but true. My story's not exactly going the way I wanted it to go, and because of that, I kinda got bored with it. So I took some time off of writing it to start other stories and try to redevelop my interest. Don't get me wrong, my love for Seto/Anzu is still as strong as evah! But my love for my story actually is diminishing... which is very bad.

So I basically wanted to say this overall. I realized that this story is slowly taking a downward spiral and I felt that if I continued it the way it was going, I would end up losing a lot of readers. Though you've waited months, I need about a few more weeks to work out some kinks in the story and try to steer it back the right way. No, I won't change any previous chapters already created (save for some horrifying grammatical errors O_O) but the next chapters that come out might be a bit different than what you've read so far. Well, you can be the judge of that...

Anyway, yeah, I need some time to fix up the chapters and get some sort of plot going, and make it better. I'll definitely try to continue to encorporate some humor in it (well, if you can call that humor) but there will definitely be some changes to the way the story was playing out. That being said, it's up to you whether you want to continue with the story or not. Drop it if this really pisses you off, you have every right to. But I will be back from this minor HIATUS in about a few weeks okay? And when I come back, I promise you I will come back with a force and give you guys the chapters you deserve!

P.S: During this Hiatus, I might post up another test run I've worked on in the past to see ppl's reactions to it. If it's generally positive and numerous, maybe I'll consider putting up more chapters. If it's generally negative and few, it'll come down so be honest folks
