I normally go against cannon for anything I write unless it is completely AU. I feel that otherwise it is the same story told slightly different. Most cannon pairings I don't mind. One cannon pairing I cannot stand is Harry/Ginny. For anyone who likes it I am normal against bashing pairings because I find that people just bash it because they don't like and don't have valid reasons, but I have found a few reason that I feel the pairing shouldn't be.

1)Ginny liked Harry since before she met him because of his status as the Boy-Who-Lived. Harry hates when people only like him for that.

2)Harry randomly started liking Ginny in the middle of book six. I like it when stories blame love potions!

3)Ginny looks like Harry's Mom with blue eyes. Do you really think he could like someone who looked so much like his mother.

You can disagree if you like. I am not trying to force you to go against Harry/Ginny, I just wanted to show my opinion. In fact, I like when people disagree to show that everyone has a different opinion and to show how others can think!!!
