Practice makes perfect. However, in writing, perfection is not something which can never be achieved. Nevertheless, i practice in order to try and get as good as can possibly be. I don't claim I'm very good at this, in fact, when i re-read things I've written, i find myself wincing at every sentence i write. So, to get better, the only thing i can do is continue to write...These stories are the products of that practice. I'm 16, and i like to read, and i like to write. those are really the two main things. I'm always writing something, and I always have a book nearby. Some of my favourite authors are: Patricia Cornwell, Elizabeth George, Jeffery Deaver, Terry Pratchett, James Patterson, Val Mcdermid, Thomas Harris, Sue Grafton, Tami Hoag, Minette Walters, Ruth rendell, Reginald Hill, Robert Crais, Jack Higgins, Douglas Adams, Agatha christie, Ian Rankin, Paul Doherty, John Grisham, James Lee Burke, Tony Strong, and Stephen King. Anyway, that's all there is to me. (oh yes, if you read it, review it. it will be welcome...) |
