After realizing my profile stated that I was fourteen, I decided it was about time for an update.

My name is Nikki, but everyone calls me Apos (pronounced as the begining of 'Apostrophe'). I'm sixteen years old, and planning to start college within the next few months. A bit early, I'm aware, but what can I say?

I used to love Harry Potter. I've read the books since I was ten, and have been writing fanfics since I was eleven. I stopped about a year ago, and just began again last week. Looking back at my old stories, I realize that my style has definitely change (for the better, I hope, because looking back I realize I wouldn't read anything written like that, let alone write it). I would delete my old stories but I enjoy looking back at them to remind myself that there is always room for improvement and change isn't always a bad thing.
