![]() Author has written 1 story for Dragonriders of Pern series. Welcome to the page of fans of Dragonriders of Pern. Here you will find stories related to Anne McCaffery's great series. There are several of us who work in this realm, following the general canon that the author has set before us. We work with several characters of our own design, and this is where one might find stories with a focus on those characters. Cat: Weyr-bred, daughter of a dragonrider herself, Cat has just recently Impressed a green dragon by the name of Mulath. Full of energy and a spitfire in her own right, Cat is a force to be reckoned with, and one to watch out for. Radames: The oldest son of a Healer from Ruatha Hold, Radames was apprenticed to Healer Hall in Fort Hold around the age of eight. He is protective of his siblings (minus Jareth), thoughtful, hard working, and has a good sense of humor that all of his friends find welcoming especially after a hard day. Jareth: Jareth is the second oldest son of the Healer from Ruatha, and was apprenticed to Smithcraft Hall at the same time as Radames. He is also a Class A Jerk who expects what he wants done, to be done, when he wants it. His real problem stems from his insensitivity. It might be said that Jareth does not understand the emotions of anyone else besides himself, maybe his younger brother Hunter, and his dragon, Pergoth. Pergoth, the brown who happens to be just as demanding. Hunter: Third oldest son of the same Ruathan Healer, and apprenticed out to Harper Hall at the age of eight, Hunter is, unique. He is creative, compassionate, energetic, and generous, according to the multitude of friends he has. He is the type of person you can not help but like, and he has a silvertongue. If anything, Hunter can talk his way out of just about everything. Maybe that's why he was sent to Harper Hall. He has impressed Korath, a little brown with a big heart. Kumel: Kumel is Farmercraft bred, and was sent to Farmcraft Hall in Nerat for his apprenticeship. He is crazy, oblivious, humble, and friendly. Or so the story goes. He has just recently impressed Taranth, a bronze dragon, and might have a bit of a crush on a fellow rider. Mel: Melody is the youngest, and only daughter of our Healer. She was raised in Ruatha Hold, for most of her life. That is, until search. She is skilled in dragonhealing, and according to her brothers and friends, she is sweet, brave, a little shy, and hardworking. She has recently impressed Lovanoth, the new Gold. We look forward to working with these characters, and hearing from you. Signed, Author-Quad |
