Thomas is being pulled along a long corridor by two men. They are pulling him into a room, to get rid of his memories to put him up into the maze. While Thomas is being pulled by the men, Teresa is walking a little ways behind him keeping watch.

"TERESA! TERESA! PLEASE DON'T LET THEM GET ME! "

"You did this to yourself Thomas, you betrayed us by falling in love with one of the guys in the maze. You tryed to help them get out for christs sake! "

"PLEASE! I DON'T WANT TO GO INTO THE MAZE. YOU GUYS ARE JUST GOING TO KILL ME. "

"No. WE aren't, I am. I am going to come into the maze and kill you all from inside."

"But...But why, why are you doing this Teresa? "

"Because, don't you see. I'm in love with you. But no, not you. You can't make it easy on me. You have to fall in love with a boy inside of the maze. You are going in there too now, all of your memories will be wiped, so then you will never know that you love him. Then, when I come into the maze, I will be all innocent, and beautiful, and then you will fall in love with me, and then I will get you out of there. Have fun in there my love. "

"TERESA NO! PLEASE, DON'T DO THIS TO ME! "

"See you soon Thomas"

The two guys drug Thomas into a room, and struggled to pull him into a tank of water. Whe they finally achieved getting him into the tank of water, Thomas tried to pull himself right back out, but the men were to fast for him, and shut the top of the tank down on top of Thomas. The men watched Thomas struggle for air and then...he was gone.

All of the sudden I woke up into complete darkness and a rumbling sound that made it sound like I was in monsters stomach. I tried to remember how I got jnto this...whatever it was, but I couldnt remember how I got here. The only thing that I could remember was my name. Thomas.

I must have fallen asleep because the next thing I know is sunlight. Lots of it, and extremely bright and blinding.
