Author has written 14 stories for Harry Potter, Glee, iCarly, Justice League, Avengers, X-Men: The Movie, and Victorious. Biased towards these couples -Ron/Hermione Harry Potter "If your idea of a role model is somebody who’s gonna preach to your kids that sex before marriage is wrong and cursing is wrong and women should be this and be that, then I’m not a role model. But if you want your girls to feel strong and intelligent and be outspoken and fight for what they think is right, then I want to be that type of role model, yeah." Megan Fox "I’m the biggest nerd – I love comic books and stuff like that! I don’t have any friends who are actresses. I only had one girlfriend when I was growing up. Most of my friends were boys. I was such a tomboy. I enjoyed doing guy things." Megan Fox "I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day, and I believe in miracles." Audrey Hepburn "Your clothes should be tight enough to show you are a woman, but loose enough to show you’re a lady." Marilyn Monroe "I truly respect the people who stay strong, when they have every reason to break down." "I like being the girl nobody can have." Miley Cyrus "A girl should be two things: classy and fabulous." Coco Chanel "‘Do I look like I’m losing control? These are different time Scott, Everything is different. Charles is right, we can’t afford to be ashamed any more. We can’t strap down our wings or hide our strange eyes and our brilliant minds…" Jean Grey "You should dream very, very big and then you should work incredibly hard and make sure you do everything in your power to make it happen." Isabelle Wright For the Justice League, it will always be BMWW. Always. They just go so well together and have such an amazing chemistry. I also ship HG/GL for the Justice League. Too incredibly sweet, the love they both have for each other. I absolutely adore the seven founders; J'onn J'onzz, John Steward, Wally West, Clark Kent, Bruce Wayne, Shayera Hol and Diana Prince. And I love the trinity; they are, I believe, the very core of the League. Which is also why I'm quite partial to SMWW; even though BMWW wins any day. However, my love for the seven founders mean I have this irrational annoyance to the decision to expand the League. Sure, it will do more good and everything but I'm too in love with the seven founders to let the idea of anyone replacing them to be disgustingly appalling. Which is why I refrain from writing about the expanded League in my Justice League stories. For X-Men Evolution, it will always be Jott. I really love their relationship and was honestly, extremely shocked when I realised that Jean Grey had so little supporters! I mean, I grew up idolising strong, independent women such as Jean herself, which was why I was shocked to find that people find her too... perfect? They say she doesn't have enough flaws to relate to, that she's too good to be true and all that. Maybe it's because I feel for her more, or have been/is in the same situation as her when she has to struggle to keep up appearances, while trying to please everyone and do everything to make others proud of her, but she is my favourite character in X-Men. I love that she and Scott have such an amazing relationship and that they are best friends cum lovers. However, for the X-Men movies, I do not doubt that there is much chemistry and sexual tension between her and Logan, which is why I also quite ship them. However, I believe Jean's one true love is, and forever will be, Scott. For Teen Titans, it will always be RobStar. I believe one of the reasons I'm so in love with this couple is because it is essentially a combination of the two above pairings I adore so much. You see, I watched Justice League and X Men before Teen Titans, hence I had already established my two die-hard ships as Jott and BMWW. So when RobStar came along, it was perfect. Robin had all the dark qualities of the Dark Knight, not surprising, seeing that he is his adoptive son/protege. Starfire had all the strength, determination and loveliness of the Amazon Princess. Robstar's relationship dynamic is then also quite alike to BMWW. However, Robin is much more open and welcoming than his mentor, and he has no trouble expressing his care for the Alien. The two are also best friends, which is akin to Jott. So I believe that RobStar is perfect, they are also both ridiculously devoted to crime fighting and keeping peace. What more can I say? For Harry Potter, it is Dramione/Ronmione. I honestly can't decide between the two. Dramione's relationship dynamics are certainly more interesting and intriguing, however, I believe Ronmione is meant to be. They've fought their emotions for way too long, 7 books due actually, and I actually let out a cry of joy and did a little happy dance when it came to the part of Deathly Hallows where Hermione dropped the Basilik's Fangs and kissed Ron in the middle of a war. But I also believe if anyone were to make Draco see the good, it would be Hermione. So I ship them both equally, I suppose. I aspire to be like my heroines, whether it is Starfire, Jean Grey, Wonder Woman or Hermione Granger. All of them are intelligent, stead fast, loyal, have good morals, strong and independent. They are all also drop dead gorgeous but are not superficial or vain. I only hope that one day I manage to emulate them. |
