Maeve is Ricks niece. She takes care of Judith and helps with things around Alexandra. When Negan comes a second time she didn't know so she couldn't hide Judith in time. Negan decided that he is attracted to her after she punches him in the face. Now she has to protect her self from Negan's advances as well as Paul 'Jesus' after he found out Megan has her boyfriend Daryl.

After loosing her father and her brothers, Meredith only thinks about her sister's safety and nothing else. However when she found little Sophia, she can't help but protect the little girl.
