40ish Florida native who loves to read. Seriously - it's my hobby, my obsession, my escape. I have three fandoms that I follow and fave pairings for all. I normally only read slash, but I've found some great NCIS gen fic that I've read as well. My favorite genre is hurt/comfort (usually involving a hurt Xander or hurt Tony), but I will read just about anything except gender switching, cross dressing & fic involving the death of one of "my boys."

My Fandoms

Buffyverse: On 10/30/09, I've been "into" this fandom for five years. I remember the date because that's also my wedding anniversary and I was flipping channels waiting on hubby to get ready. I stopped when I saw a really hot guy singing then saw some green guy with red eyes. Yep - Christian Kane got me hooked on this fandom. I started watching him on that and got hooked on him and his music. Then I saw "Spike" for the first time and that was it. James Marsters is a GOD! I've been fortunate enough to see him in person three times and to also meet Julie Benz and the delightful Juliette Landau. I might give this fandom a break every once in a while (like a year while I was into Torchwood) but I always come back to it. OTPs: Spike & Xander always! I also enjoy any combination of Angel (or Angelus), Lindsey, Spike & Xander.

NCIS: I recently got into this fandom, even though I've been watching the show on & off since it started. I've been a fan of Mark Harmon's since I was a teen-ager and he's has aged so beautifully. And do I really need to say anything about the hotness of Michael Weatherly? Nummy!! OTPs: Obviously, it's Gibbs & Tony. However, like I mentioned above, I've read a lot of gen fic in this fandom where Gibbs feels all paternal over Tony. I'm finding that I like those two. Oh - and I'm finding I like reading the threesome of Gibbs, Tony & Abby. Don't know why, as I normally don't like reading about the girls.

Supernatural: Jensen Ackles - need I say more? OTPs: John & Dean. Yeah - I'm bad, but Jeffrey Dean Morgan & Jensen Ackles are sooo hot! I'll read some Sam/Dean, but I definitely prefer John/Dean.

The best part of my fandoms? These guys all work & play together!! I just bought the Dark Angel series and loved watching Michael Weatherly & Jensen Ackles together. I also have Her Minor Thing with MW and Christian Kane and Winding Roads with MW and James Marsters. What's so funny? I bought those because of MW & JM!! It was like - oh yeah, the guy from NCIS is in it. And of course, you have Jensen Ackles and Christian Kane hanging out. Oh yeah - my mind goes into overdrive with those thoughts!!
