Jane and Lisbon are requested on a murder case in D.C. right after the events of Blue Bird. Jane is forced to solve the case from the hotel. He and Lisbon navigate their new relationship in this tricky situation. Very loosely based on one of my favorite movies by the same name. Pike will be in this story, but very little.

Jane plans to keep this first Christmas back in the U.S. relatively low-key. Until Lisbon surprises him with an unexpected gift. Christmas fluff based on the new direction the show is going. Enjoy!

In the aftermath of s04e24. Spoilers. With the team's help Jane tries to get information from Red John's friend while trying to find some normalcy in recent tragedies. He can sense changes in his relationship with Lisbon and doesn't know what to do about it. Romance/Angst/Humor, and all the good stuff that's incorporated in the show. Rated T, for now.
