FLOURISHANDBLOTTSQUILL

Hello there! I am a Harry Potter-obsessed human being who devotes a scary amount of time to the fandom (seriously-it's a problem, not that I mind). Aside from Harry Potter, I like several other fandoms, including, but not limited to: Percy Jackson, The Hunger Games, Divergent, The Sisters Grimm, The Land of Stories, The Fault in Our Stars, etc (and those are just the books).

Time for a bit of self-advertising! (It is my bio after all, I'm not an attention-seeking prat, honest.) I have a website that I run with a few friends, if you're interested. It's filled with all sorts of neat Harry Potter things, like crafts and cool products. Here's the link: . It hasn't been updated in quite a while, sorry about that, we've been- insert random excuse that no one will buy here-. If I don't update it at all despite my promises, there's still a few posts :). Regardless, you should click that link, you know you want to;).

My stories will be Harry Potter fanfictions, and they will centre around three OC's. Their names are Ember Zarita Bellarose, Rowan Callista Archer, and Adelaide Claire Rouselle (oh wow, those are some Mary Sue names, that's what happens when you get character names from a dream). My stories are part of a AU. As with any self-made character, they might have teeny-tiny traces of my traits (try saying that five times fast), but it's not intentional. If you ever have a question about them, or any of my characters, don't hesitate to ask me. I know practically every detail of my character's lives (that doesn't sound creepy at all) so I probably have an answer to even the most random questions.

As for how I got the idea for a fic about OCs, I wasn't expecting it. I have read a few OC fics, but it's not a normal occurrence, and I don't go out of my way to read them (do people go out of their way to read OC fics? Is anyone even going to read these? Oh well.) I always felt kinda bad for Harry, y'know, what with him having such a tremendous burden and no-one to share it with (well, there is Ron and Hermione, and they're the best friends anyone could ask for, but Harry had no-one to share the whole Voldemort-killing destiny thing with). I never thought about writing something based off of that, until I had this dream. In this dream, instead of Harry being the one in the prophecy, there were these three girls (that's how those weirdos with the stupid names come into things) who shared the whole destined-to-either-kill-or-be-killed-by-Voldemort thing. So this series is based off of one tiny little dream I had.
