So this is my goodbye.

I doubt anyone will read this but I need to get a few things off my chest. I have been reading fanfiction since I was twelve, at that time fanfictions were still good. It was a fun pastime, to read and t write them. Back then people who wrote fanfictions had absolutely no pretenses. The fanfiction community wasn't the absolute... TRASH it is now. The fanfiction "writers" are not anymore people who created these little stories from fans for the fans. Instead now they're self-entlitled little bitches who have no respect whatsoever for the authors of the stories they're writing fanfictions of.

Honestly, I've always thought that writing fanfictions was itself a lack of respect for the original authors when I was younger, and I do admit I was exaggerating when I thought that. But these people... they exaggerate on the other sense. I just hate it when a fanfiction "writer" goes on and says things like: "Mph, I could write a better fanfictin than this" "Hmf, I could characterize this character better than this." NO YOU CAN'T, YOU SELF ENTLITLED BITCH. And you know what I irks me the most? That the fanfictions of these "writers" are actually the ones that have more success on sites like this. Well, for what reviews and follows from people like them means...

The problem is, these"writers" don't know how to write right, and their readers don't know any better than them. They can't WRITE right and they can't even READ write. Well, when they actually read. It's atonishing how many aspiring writers nowadays don't read. If you want to be a good writer, you need to read a lot, a lot and well. AND THESE ARE WORDS YOU NEED TO CARVE INTO YOUR SKIN. Or else you'll end up writing books that will just add up to the pile of trashy novels bookshops are full of nowadays.

About the self-entlitled bitches nowadays, there's one last thing I have to say. I love how they think they are better than the authors, but they are totally incapable of creating their own worlds and characters, and instead they write fanfiction off of the work of other people. The very same people the criticize so much. Pathethic.

I have no future here on this site. I'm not like those self-entlitled writers, I have an infinite respect for the authors and that doesn't seem to do well on here. I'm also not a Catholi-Nazi/Religion-Nazi and that's another category that seem to do very well on here.

I created an account on this site. with the name of R.A.Hillis because of my dream of becoming an author someday. I though that writing fanfictions here would help with constructive critiques I hoped I would receive. But then my resolution got weaker, when I saw the kind of authors that are formed on sites like this. Authors like Anna Todd, or E.L.James... not that I think it's wrong to read that kind of books, (expect of course if you ONLY read that kind of books) but... they're not great contribution to today's literature. And I do not want to write books like that. I don't wanna contribute to the superficiality of these days. SUPERFICIALITY, that's another point I wanted to make. Superficiality and "relatable-ness". That's another thing I hate about the "writers" here. Why is it that the characters need to be "RELATABLE"? What the actual fuck??? Have you ever heard of empathy??? Do you even know what literature is all about??? Unbelievable. Simply unbelievable.

I changed my name to Esmeralda GypsyWitch, I don't really rember why I did that... I guess because I unconsciously realized that my original plan could be no more.

So...

Esmeralda is dead. This emerald is broken. But new emeralds shall grow. Perhaps, there is one story I should publish here. Not that I think anyone would read it, but it's a story that's close to my heart. It's actually a re-writing of a re-writing of a fanfiction I wrote when I was thirteen, and the original was written in my native language. Finishing that story will put a definitive end to this chapter of my life. That will be my last goodbye.

And then I start writing my own stories, with my own characters, my own worlds.
