Another year, another septim.

I've been away from this for far too long, I admit. My grandfather said that the young live and die, over and over, and now I know what he meant. My life has gone through a multitude of changes since I first started OSaS. Life has been a hell of a lot of ups and downs. I now live in a place about the size of an RV (being poor sucks). I haven't had much time for my hobbies, but I promise this story isn't dead.

For anyone interested, Take some time to look at the stories from five, ten years ago. You'll find a lot of work that has some of the best content I've ever seen. None of those guys were blown up with all the crap our generation is on right now, either.

Barrel writes: "I've had a couple Cops come into my Administration of Justice class to talk to the students and they all seem like really cool dudes. True Paragons of Society. They said that the cops' recruitment numbers are at an all-time low. I could almost feel like they were kinda trying to get kids to want to apply for the job by trying to get them interested in it. I showed some interest by asking a couple questions about their jobs because it seemed cool and they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up and I told them I wanted to join the military and I could almost FEEL their disappointment. It was honestly pretty sad. You just expect people to follow laws and to NOT be degenerate cunts in a modern and civilized Western Society, but they won't unless the cops are there to enforce the laws. But does the Media highlight how badly they need help right now? FUCK no. You see "COP SHOOTS UNARMED CHILD SPREADING THE WORD OF JESUS." in the news. You DON'T see "Cops shooting 6'5, 289 lbs thug fleeing a crime scene and inflicting a severe injury on a Law Enforcement Officer." in the crime scene. There is a HUGE anti-cop sentiment and the privileged cunts don't realize that the pudgy white dude with a badge pulling them over is also the guy that's keeping Criminals and thugs from stealing their property, killing their children, and raping their women. If you do not like cops, we will NOT get along."
