A tragic death, that is all that it takes to change history, all it takes to shatter a dream. Ruby and Yang, orphaned, had their dream of becoming huntresses crushed by a death. Instead of going to Signal Academy, though, a much less easy-going Yang ends up helping a stranger - and thus, ends up working for him at a certain club... AU where they never went to Signal.
