Hello Everyone!

I am Cup-of-Deviljho and if my pen-name didn't give it away I am a huge fan of the Monster Hunter series video games. Since it's initial release way back in the when I have been a fan of the games and other spin-offs related. I'll admit its popularity was rather slow, but more recent games have lead me to believe that the series itself is growing stronger and so I decided to post my first story ever that is loosely based on my experiences with the wonderful franchise.

The Blood Stained Blades (Chapters soon to be released)- Is the story of an aspiring youth who dreams of becoming a renowned hunter. No amount of training can prepare the young hunter for what lies in store...let's just say monster aren't the only problems to face. I'm going for a more realistic outlook for this, though of course I will try and keep to the nature of the games. OCs aplenty for this one, being as their are few actual named characters in the series, though NPCs may appear. I may even try and intertwine the vast, and somewhat confusing, lore of the series as well. Mostly Action/Adventure, with perhaps a bit of Romance later, who knows?

The story revolves around the main series of games (MH 1,2,3(tri),4,X, and possibly Frontier) and maybe even going into the new territory of Monster Hunter: World.

The Dark Souls series and to an extent Blood Borne as well.

Pathfinder

Warhammer Fantasy (Age of Sigmar) as well as 40k

The Lord of the Rings

Harry Potter

How To Train your Dragon

Naruto

Bleach

And probably more that I can't think of on the top of my head. Perhaps if my first story is a success I may dip into a few of those. I do plan to do a few spin-offs from The Blood Stained Blades pertaining to certain characters, but those are probably far from happening and will depend on how you wonderful people take the original story.

I appreciate any constructive criticism you can give me, and just let me know if you like my work. Praise is a good motivator for an artist. Will keep things updated as best I can on my profile.

Hey everyone. I really appreciate all the support. To those who have Favorited, followed, or commented on my work I thank you all for the support. Life is proving to be a real stinker, and so I cannot promise updates very readily. I will however do my best to try to keep up with updates. I hope you all enjoyed what I have, my next chapter should be out this month, hopefully sometime next week if not sooner. Again no promises though.
