Hello, dearies!

I am returning to my pursuit of my degree in English Lit after an extended maternity leave (*cough* 2 years *cough*) and am a tad bit rusty after all this time. I decided it might be fun to do a little recreational writing once a week and hopefully receive a little feedback from it in order to sharpen my skills and become a better writer.
