I am changing my name to TheGoldenTeam to pay homage to both of my favourite fandoms, Harry Potter and Supernatural.

Hey, guys.

I hate that I'm doing this again but, unfortunately, it is unavoidable.

I have to leave for a while again, like I did many years ago and just recently. I have a lot of changes going on in my life and I am also working on my mental health. Now, don't worry, it's nothing serious and I am taking the steps to get better. My mental health has taken away my joy for my hobbies. I do not write or read or anything anymore. It is not a matter of making myself sit down and write or read either. I literally have no desire, energy, inspiration, or creativity for my hobbies. But, again, I am taking measures to get better and, while I may not be in a serious mental health decline, I have been before and I know many people currently are.

I am not a counsellor or a psychiatrist, or anything like that, but I am someone who has been there before and am back there again right now, just not as deep. As such, I am going to ask anyone that is in any sort of distress or in mental health decline to seek help. If you feel you need or want help, take those steps. Trust me, it makes a world of difference to know there is a way to get better.

In addition to my mental health, I am in the middle of working hard to get a job in my field of study. As such, my boyfriend and I are working towards selling our house and moving to a new city so I can try get that job.

Things are chaotic and I hate to leave...again. But it is for the best right now.

I WILL be back one day and, hopefully, one day soon. All I ask is for your patience and understanding and support during this time and your support when the day comes that I return as well.

And, please, keep reviewing, favouriting, and following my work. I DO see it all. I read every review and I see every person that favourites and follows me and my work, and I love seeing that support.

So, in the words of all my favourite fandoms:

"Happiness can be found in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light." (Harry Potter)

Always find a way to turn that light back on and, if you can't, find someone who can.

September 11, 2001: At 8:46am, the attack on the World Trade Centers in New York City began. At 9:59am, the South Tower fell. At 10:28am, the North Tower fell and that was the end of the World Trade Centers. 2977 people died, 347 of them were firefighters reporting to the scene. Over 3000 children lost a parent this day. As of August 2011, 1122 (41%) of the victims have remained unidentified. Regardless of if you're an American or not and no matter what day it is, take time to remember the day that shook the world. Remember those who gave their lives to try and help and remember those who died in the Towers. Simply remember and never let yourself forget what happened. Today, September 11, 2011, marks 10 years since 9/11 and it has not been forgotten. Let's keep it that way.

I love Harry Potter with a passion. I adore Severus Snape, he is my absolute favourite character ever. I love it when Severus raises Harry or becomes a guardian to him later on. I also read slash stories now and am opening up to various pairings aside from Harry/Severus. I love to read and I love writing fanfiction and my own original stories.
