My name is Catherine De Luca, I'm a student at AFTRS, studying screenwriting, I'm also a member of the AWG. I am using this site to build up my TV portfolio, so I'll be writing a lot of specs, mostly keen to see people's opinions and comments on my screenplays. My first task was to choose 4 TV shows that I would like to write to. At the moment, I am doing a wide variety as I don't know where I would be best at, though, I have a feeling my heart is more with sci fi. I have chosen Buffy, Dr Who, How I meet your mother and Dexter. Part of the task is to challenge ourselves as writers, I choose two TV series that I have never seen, so only by going from some scripts, will I get my own image and create a spec and one of the shows I know by heart.
