While Ezekiel's at work healing Sam, he accidentally crosses some wires and starts turning him on. Repeatedly... And then eventually on purpose.

Pizza Pie 'verse – 4-yr old Sam, 8-yr old Dean, Awesome Uncle Bobby, Puppy Rumsfeld...and John being John – Bobby continued to listen, hearing Dean's voice as it floated down the hall; the big brother talking Sam through his usual bedtime routine as if it was just another night. As if the four-year old wasn't covered in blood. As if Dean wasn't also covered in blood.

Coda to 5x3 Instead of spitting it back out, Sam drank the blood and has to face the consequences on his own. Or so he thinks. pretty much broken Winchester brothers and how they drag each other back, no matter how hard it gets. Oneshot.

Dean always forgave Sammy, no matter what he did. Because Sammy was a child and children made mistakes. But sometimes even Dean can't control his emotions, especially when Sam ruins something very important to Dean. One shot, preseries. Please R&R!

Season 8 – Sick, Feverish, Nauseous Sam / Awesome Big Brother Dean taking care of his Sammy – When I'm sick and tired, we watch TV.

Weechesters! Just a bit of fluff, Sammy and Dean try on John's jackets and have a few moments away from the hunt and away from real life.

Post 8x19 – Sick Sam/Big Brother Dean – For the past two weeks, Dean had restlessly slept on a cot that was right beside Sam's bed, within reaching distance if the kid called out for Dean in the night; the big brother keeping vigil literally 24/7. Because Sam, the most independent Winchester, didn't want to be left alone – not even for a second – and Dean didn't want to leave him.

Post-Purgatory, Dean's not sure how to be there for Sam anymore...or if Sam even wants him to be.

Sam's birthday is coming up but no-one is gonna remember it, his life sucks and clowns are scary. Set during Season 4.

Pre-Series AU – Deaf Sam, Big Brother Dean – Dean had cringed at Sam's request for him to join the kid at the play but had agreed because that's what Dean did...whatever Sam needed. And tonight, Sam needed him to interpret.

Set in the Retribution 'verse, at least a year post Sam's kidnapping. Dean's exhaustion from looking after Sammy wins out over his temper, frightening his little brother into taking off. A frantic search leads to the conclusion that he's been kidnapped again, but is big brother merely panicking? Mild hurt/mentally injured Sam. Guilty/exhausted, anxious Dean, John and Bobby.

E/O Challenge - Dyslexic Sam - He couldn't read the words on the pages any easier than he could read the word on the board.

Pre-series – Hurt Sam / Big Brother Dean – It wasn't a big deal; just a small splinter embedded in the tip of a pudgy finger. But to a five-year old, it was a big deal; a deal worth crying over.

E/O Challenge - Sam didn't hesitate; scrambling out of his bed and into the safety of Dean's as lightning once again flashed.

Pre-series – Sick Sam / Heroic Big Brother Dean – While the brothers slept, the blaze had already consumed half the motel and was greedily racing to devour the rest.

Pre-series – Autistic, Slightly Injured Sam / Awesome Big Brother Dean / Frustrated John – Every single day had to be exactly the same...or there would be trouble.

Pre-Series – Severely Allergic Sam / Big Brother Dean – Dean ignored the surrounding crowd; completely focusing on Sam as he continued to hold his brother in his lap and then jabbed the EpiPen into the kid's leg.

Dean sometimes wishes Sam's heart wasn't so damn big. Set Season 1, just after Hell House. Hurt Sam/Protective Dean.

Fourth of July, Pre-series – Epileptic Sam / Big Brother Dean – It seemed like all lessons had to be learned the hard way...including finding out Sam's seizures could be triggered by fireworks.

Season Seven – Suicidal, Angsty Sam / Big Brother Dean / Snarky Lucifer – Sam lifted the gun, pointing it directly under his chin. "Ah, yes..." Lucifer praised, nodding his approval. "Now we're talkin'..."

Pre-series – Dyslexic Sam, Awesome Dean – Jumbled letters. That was all Sam saw as he anxiously gazed at the newspaper in front of him.

AU tag to 1.01 – Dean's POV – The next thing I knew, I had an armful of little brother. And that's when I smelled that smell again – that smell of smoke and fire...and blood.

Lucifer has something to say about Sam's newfound "I'm good, really! That 180 years in Hell? I'm pretty much over it" state of mind.

Early Season 2 AU. Warning: attempted suicide, swearing. Much angst and brotherly schmoop. Following their Dad's death, Sam desperately needs his brother, but will Dean realise before it's too late. Also, TEASER treat for H.O.T.S. Book 3...

Tag to 7.03 – Hurt Sam, Hurt/Worried Big Brother Dean, Awesome Bobby – A diagnosis of an epidural hematoma was not necessarily a death sentence, but it certainly did not bode well for Sam.

Wincest AU. The Winchesters aren't hunters, and Sam died as a small child. His ghost lives on with Dean. This is Wincest, you have been warned.

AU Pre-6.12 – To The Brink sequel – There seemed to be an inside man; soulless Sam rising to the surface whenever Sam was temporarily out of control.
