Pet Peeves:

Super-Powerful Self Insertion Characters - Seriously, these annoy the crap out of me. Probably because I read a lot of DBZ fanfics when I was in middle school, and I tell ya, those were just RIDDLED with them. OC's can be really cool, but for the love of god give them some depth!

Cannon Characters that go from Bastard to Fluff in Less Than A Chapter - By all means, give them a heart, just let them hold onto their dignity a little.

You Wrote like 100 Chapters and then just Abandoned It?! - I've been waiting on Vejiitasei Ascendant since before I could drive. I've got a couple more that aren't nearly as old, and as such aren't nearly as painful to hold out hope for.
