Haruka is part of a yakuza, or transnational crime syndicate. He and his three comrades fight against a rival syndicate, the Red Snakes, of which his good friend, Makoto, is a part of. Inspired by the Free! - Iwatobi Swim Club ES OVA in which the swimmers engage in a water gun fight.
