So, I love all sorts of things. Anime, gaming and movies, though not too big on TV. In the world of TV, I like Witchblade, Reaper, Dr. Who, and Supernatural. In anime, we have Pokemon, Fullmetal Alchemist, Devil May Cry, Darker Than BLACK, Ao No Exorcist, Ouran High School Host Club, Spice and Wolf, Death Note and a lot more. Gaming wise, my top picks so far are, Devil May Cry, NeverDead, Minecraft, Fallout 3, Skyrim, Grand Theft Auto: Ballad of Gay Tony, Assassins Creed, Black Ops 1 (( THOUGH VENGEANCE ON NUMBER TWO IS BLOWING MY FUCKING MIND)), and Saints Row 3.

WHERE I STAND ON DmC VS. DMC

Okay, at first, I hated the damn thing. I own the original four and saw it as a disgrace. Then, out of sheer boredom, I played it. I didn't like new Dante at all, so I took to calling him Kevin. Unlike our old Dante, this new one seemed... mean... Like, if I fell into the Devil May Cry world, I'd find Dante, just to say hi, and that he rocked. He seems like a nice dude, approachable, and probably a guy who'd end up being you're best friend and worst enemy all in one. If I fell in to DmC world, I would avoid Kevin at all costs, even if I was being chased by demons. He seems like a downright asshole. Not someone you'd want to meet, more like someone you'd smile and talk to, but it the back of your mind you're all 'GET AWAY, BITCH!'. Anyway, I didn't like Vergil, either. To make this easier, I'll be spelling new Vergil's name with a 'i' instead of an 'e', like the poet.

I'll admit it. I love Vergil. Not like, throwing my cat at him love, but like respect/sibling love. I felt like if you actually were able to get on his good side, or become close with him. He's gonna have your back. Come hell or high water, he's gonna be standing there with you. Also, I have a thing with bad guys. I love me some good old baddy chaos! When I met Virgil, I didn't know how to wrap my head around it. I knew he was the bad guy, but why did he want to help everyone? Though, he was pretty damn attractive, and I'd kill myself 10 times over if he'd let me wear that hat for the day. He was just too... nice... Something I adored though was when they were doing the trade of Lilith and Mudus' kid for Kat. I like how everything's going smoothly, then Virgil shoot's Lilth in the stomach and then the head. I loved how Kevin turned around like 'What the fuck, man?'. Anyway, when Virgil said he wanted to become king of the humans, I fell in love all over again. I thought, 'My God, good old Verge is back!'. Then I started crying after the battle, because how he acted towards the end and the fighting style was so similar, I felt like I had 'my' dead brother back, wearing a different skin. ((Sorry, I like to assume the roles of main characters in games)) When he looked at me and said, "I loved you, brother." I felt terrible, like I betrayed him. I wanted to abandon the humans and allow him to rule. It's like kicking a puppy, then years later, seeing that puppy all grown up. Loving it bunches, then spitting in it's face. :'(

KAT'S A BITCH. She's too... Clingy for this series. It's like 'Bitch, pick up a gun and learn how to use it, or I'm going to turn you the fuck in.' When you think 'Devil May Cry Woman' You think of Trish, and Lady. Bad ass devil hunters. Hell, even Lucia and that bitch Baryl fall into that genre! You think that these woman can kick your ass, end of story. Kyire? I... just... no.. I hope Nero leaves her and goes to Dante, take that sexually or don't, I wouldn't argue either way. Patty and Nina from the anime, well Patty's like... 10 and Nina can fight, she said she has spells to handle lessers, so that's a step in the right direction. Kat's too dependent. I mean really! Hello! Wake up, honey, you're Nephilim boyfriend isn't going to be there for you 24/7 to protect your sorry hide while he's busy protecting ALL OF MAN-EFFIN-KIND. Grow a pair and try to live up to the women of this series (Excluding Kyire... Same for her actually).

Over all, gameplay rocked. I liked how the Demon Grab device acted like the Grapple action of Nero's Devil Bringer. The bosses were challenging as well, I'm glad they kept the difficulty going and didn't pussy out like in number 2. I played it, and was disappointed. I never used my swords and stuck to Ebony and Ivory. Beating the game within 2 days, while the other's taking me 2 months. Anyway, I can respect DmC: Devil May Cry as a non-cannon game, to the Devil May Cry Series. Do I think it'll ever be excepted with open arms? No. Do I think some people may like certain aspects of it? Yeah, it was a good game. I have truly high hopes for you, Capcom. I hear word of a Devil May Cry movie, as well as another game. I hope you're not too over your head here, you've made some kickass stuff, and DMC has a rather high bar. But I'm sure if you give it you're all you won't suffer a social death like Ninja Theory.
