A secondary account of a user.

I recently grew very dissatisfied with how my writing, both in style and content, has developed. Stylistically, it's not concise, well-knit, or consistent enough. Content-wise, it indulges too much in internal fantasy to sate my own deficiencies.

Basically, it helps my self-esteem by pandering and exploiting generic tropes, albeit perhaps a bit more subtly than other fics. We've all seen the volume of harem, OP and tortured MC, etc. etc. stories on this site, and no matter how one looks at it, all of my previous fics were expressions of them.

Ironically enough, the content source of the very first fic I'm publishing panders to all the tropes described above. But in my fiction, I do hope that I can overcome them and write a story that doesn't just appeal to those wishing to have their personal fantasies of power, wealth, and women fulfilled. That includes myself.

I haven't officially disavowed any of the previous fics I have worked on, but I do believe that is impossible for me to continue any of them from this point forward.

So, unofficially, this is Infinitely Rewinding speaking for another profile, stating that the fics that other profile has published will no longer be continued. It is something I say with a heavy heart, because I have spent many, many hours on them, despite the relative lack of chapters all of my previous fics possess.
