It's the holiday season at Beacon Academy! And of course, Yang has a sneaky idea to finally get Jaune and Pyrrha together! But why is she dragging her partner into it? She could easily put it up herself. Oh well, Blake won't argue with the results.

Blake thinks back to when she still had trouble sleeping, even after Roman was locked away. some fresh air and someone to talk with sure helped... She never thought it would turn out like this though.

After a rather harsh rejection from Weiss Schnee, Jaune realizes that he needed to stop chasing her and become stronger. With the help of his team and that of Ruby, Yang and Blake. He will strive to become the hero he dreams to be. All the while hiding a secret that would rock the world of RWBY.

First, she makes him pay for the flight to Vale; then she tries to ditch him! Honestly, he shouldn't have to deal with her, but yet here he was drinking freaking tea with her! Jaune honestly didn't know why he was getting involved with an ex-terrorist, but here he was getting involved with Blake Belladonna! "Why can't the universe just kill me already?"

Jaune was a simple man and lived by a simple rule, salvage and scrap what you can, it was the rule of the Vacuo badlands really. Jaune made a general living producing explosives for a merchant known as Karma and when she asked a favor of him...he didn't expect it to get so wild... (Readers influence the direction and progress of the story.)

Seeing that young man die in initiation was horrifying for her. Even with all her time in the White Fang, she hadn't expected to see such an idealistic man as Jaune Arc die like that. It should have been nothing more than a tragedy... Instead she's now stuck with the lingering spirit of this guy following her around, and no one else can hear or see him in any way. Jaune x Blake

As the sun set, she thought back to how it all started.

Jaune's childhood was hard. With seven sisters to protect, he never had to take care of himself. But now he has someone who does that for him. And she will never leave. Rated T for blood and angst(?).
