Author has written 1 story for Hey Arnold. Name: Reed Hodges (Yeah, that's my actual name) Age: 20 Fiction Bases: -Well, I'm really not sure as of right now. Pretty much anything is fair game. I'm currently working on a HA! fanfic that promises to be pretty awesome. Favorite Books: -Harry Potter. The whole series. For real, though. I started reading them before it was cool, and I'm not just being a hipster here. Haha -The Inheritance Cycle series. -Series of Unfortunate Events -A Clockwork Orange -The Giver -The Da Vinci Code -Portrait of the Artist as a Young Boy -Fight Club, Choke, anything by Palahniuk. The man's a genius. -Anything Stephen King -The Artemis Fowl Series -Anything Charles Dickens, especially Great Expectations As you can probably tell, I've done a LOT of reading. These aren't all the books I've read. They aren't even all of my favorites. They're just the ones I could think of off the top of my head that really stood out and influenced me as both a person and as a writer. The Harry Potter books taught me more about morals than any religious text ever did. Which brings me to my next section. Religious Views: Agnostic Political Views: Moderate-Liberal Favorite Bands: Nine Inch Nails, Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, Sublime, The White Stripes, Pearl Jam, Jimi Hendrix, Dave Matthews Band, Phish, Dashboard Confessional, Reel Big Fish, Catch 22, Streetlight Manifesto, The Smiths, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Eldorado and the Ruckus, Foo Fighters, Alter Bridge, Death Cab for Cutie, The Mars Volta, and Deadmau5. I listen to a little bit of everything, but I don't particularly like Country music. I can listen to it, but it's not something I'm going to seek out. About Me: I'm Reed. I haven't done much story writing, but I've written my fair share of songs. It's a completely different ballpark, but I think the transition is going fairly well. You'll all have to review and tell me what you think. I'll be posting some song lyrics on here probably at some point. At least, I will if the website will allow it. If you ask nicely enough, I may even send you some demos of stuff that I've recorded on the side. |
