Southern through and through, I enjoy stereotypical southern things like faith, food, guns, cars, and of course sports - especially collegiate (American) football and basketball, soccer/football (daughter played through college) and lately lacrosse (I know, not very southern).

I discovered fan fiction in the summer of 2016 and since then, have spent way too much time reading it. I'm so impressed by all the great writers out there. I thought I'd throw my hat in and give writing a try myself. It has been fun but it's a lot of work. Much respect to all of you who do this and thanks for your hard work!

I find myself drawn more to (and therefore write more) angst, whump, and hurt/comfort. I also love the friendship, bromance, humor, suspense, and badassery.

To any reader that is in the medical, law enforcement fields, or in the military... THANK YOU for what you do. As you'll see, I know very little about your stuff... or computer stuff, or psychology stuff, or security stuff, etc. You get the point. I just use a lot of artistic/creative license to put together something that hopefully entertains. Sorry if it doesn’t make sense (or if it's out and out ridiculous).

Boring stuff (disclaimer): I don't own anything that is a proper noun. I don't intend to infringe on any copyrights. My only compensation is seeing that people are actually reading the stories, getting followed and favorited, and of course hearing from readers.

Just having fun with it and REALLY appreciate those who take their time to review and comment on story content, writing style, or whatever. It's a huge help and encouragement. The only way I get feedback on my writing is from the readers on this site. Everything, good or bad, is mine alone. I do not share what I write with anyone in my RL. I really appreciate when someone takes the time to let me know what they think. The “reviewers” have become my “fill-in” family, friends, and confidants. Thank you!
