I am an 18-year-old aspiring writer who will be attending a four-year university in the Fall 2015 semester. I'm known throughout my high school for my wit and for playing WAY too many musical instruments. (Also for taking off my shoes during tests, but that just helps me think better.) I'm in the top ten of a class of nearly 700, have attended Boys State in the summer of 2014, can solve a standard 3x3x3 Rubik's cube in less than a minute, constantly play Careless Whisper on my bari sax (as one always should), and I guess I write fanfiction now too (since I've just started delving into the art of writing). :D I think that takes care of anything really interesting or noteworthy about me.

I'm also trying to get into competitive Super Smash Bros. and am trying my hardest to make Jigglypuff work, but it's a bit of a struggle to make such a light and floaty character last in a 1-on-1 fight against hard-hitters like Ganondorf. He's also VERY slow on land, making him hard to use against faster characters like Fox. Any tips? (Although all hail the back air. XD)

I hope that writing fanfiction, specifically Pokémon fanfiction, will help teach me about the basics of good fantasy/science fiction storytelling so that I may continue to pursue this path in the future. I'm a perfectionist, and have spent months developing just the backstory to the world of my first fanfiction before writing a single word of the tale itself. (I know that sounds a bit over-dramatic, but if I'm going to put in this much time to writing a story, it better be as great as I can possibly make it.) Hopefully this large project, and all future projects to come, will be met with constructive feedback to improve my storytelling as I write. And I'm crossing my fingers that as my first ever project begins, it blossoms into something that I will be proud of in years to come.
I hope you guys check out the story I'm going to begin posting soon. Yes, the feedback is important, but allow me to become a raconteur as you travel throughout the region of Pusan. This is going to be a wild ride once it gets going. This isn't just another Pokémon Mystery Dungeon fanfiction. This is an epic that will traverse love, loss, exploration, deception, sociopolitical explosions, actual explosions, friendship, and the true depths that one's soul can reach. This is an epic that will explore the transformation from dystopia to utopia, and from utopia to dystopia. This is an epic that will change the way we view both the world of Pokémon and the world we live in right now. I know I just created a tall order for myself considering this is my first attempt at writing a real story...well...ever. But as the story takes shape and my storytelling skills improve, I plan to leave behind an adventure that many will grow to love, including yours truly. Please give it, and give me, a shot as I tell my tale. And believe me, I intend to deliver a powerful narrative that will become what each individual reader makes of it. I introduce to you:
